4. Mitosis of a Blood Lily (Lilium, - no audio)
Best of YouTube. This video was produced by time lapsed video-microscopy and shows the nucleus of an endosperm cell (from a developing seed) of the Blood Lily.  Without audio or labels it is difficult to separate interphase and prophase.  However, the other stages are easy to recognize.  Telophase in plant cells starts with the development of a new cell wall (cell plate) between the newly forming daughter cells.

Best of YouTube. This video was produced by time lapsed video-microscopy using a differential contrast microscope in observation of a dividing lung cell. With audio and labels the differential microscopy video is easy to understand.
